A Puzzle: this is an image of a bowl found at Chaco ruins. What makes it unusual?
The Step House at Mesa Verde has some unusual petroglyphs and pictographs, on the ceiling there are some interesting pictographs that resemble the Navajo Stars found on pottery, sand painting and petroglyphs to the south.
Salmon Ruins at Bloomfield, New Mexico has a probably Summer Solstice marker in Room 82. This is a recently observed event that is under current research. Room 82 has always has interesting features, a sloped sill on a ceiling high window and an 'altar' with unusual placement. Check it out.
